Orders Ship

In-stock merchandise generally ships within two working days. If you require your order by a specific date, you may select air shipping.

Payment

Little Things Inc accepts MasterCard or Visa. Your credit card is not charged until your order is processed and ready to ship.

Returns

Our Money-Back Guarantee assures you are a satisfied customer. If you decide to return a Little Things product, you may return it within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund (less shipping). Merchandise returned to Little Things must be in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of invoice. After 30 days a 20% restock charge will be assessed and a merchandise credit issued.

Returns not accepted after 60 days from date of purchase.

Sales on custom pins or special orders are final and may not be returned for refund or exchange.

Defective Merchandise

In the event a defective product is received with your order, a claim must be made to our office within 15 days of receipt of shipment. Defective merchandise will be replaced.
